Must be some Michigan Democrats, huh? That! We want money out of?! Money in Europe?! Thank care more. Ah! That's right. My name is Abdul Al Said, and I am running for U.S. Senate. They tell me I got a name that is tailor made for U.S. politics. But, y'all, it just shouldn't be this arm. Shouldn't be this arm to afford a second bag of groceries. Shouldn't be this arm to work the same job tomorrow that you worked yesterday. Should not be this hard to see a dentist or adopt. And it should not be this hard to pay your taxes in April, and know that that money isn't being spent on you and your kids, rather than to drop arms on other people in their kids. My parents gave me an 11 letter first name. I was never supposed to run for office. I want to be a doctor. I could go... 15 hours to my family's name of Egypt... or just 15 minutes from where I grew up into the city of Detroit, the city of Paniac, and I would travel the same 10 year life expectancy gap. And it shouldn't matter, the color of your skin, shouldn't matter who you are, what your parents came from, what you are thanking for work, you deserve, or the long, healthy life. You need to not expect to know. Drop down three. After medical school realized that too often, our healthcare system is part of the problem, rather than part of the solutions. So I went into public health. Rebuilt Detroit's Health Department after banquets, Black Wing County's Department of Health, Human and Veteran Services. We did things like guarantee every child of three better classes, we needed one. Took on some of the biggest corporate polluters in our state. Put Narcan in 100 locations all over our county. And after we realize that our county rate number eight for medical detonation one, we could eliminate it for pennies on the dollars. So guess what we did? We set aside $7 million to erase $700 million, a medical debt, the biggest medical decoration on the machine state. I ran for a number back in 2018. Donald Trump just been elected. I said, You know what, I'm gonna go big or go home, I went big, and then I went home. But I said something at the time, folks, we're ready to hear. Donald Trump is not himself, the disease of our politics, he's just the worst symptom of the disease of our politics. Disease is the system that allows incorporations and billionaires. Special interests like APAC to buy and sell politicians. And then, they use, they use their money to rig our system against us. That's why, we pay more for the stuff we got to buy, and take less for the work we do, and watch our tax dollars misappropriated to drop bombs on other people's kids, rather than you invest in our own. There plan. Enough is enough. We've got to get money out of. On! Everybody in your! You guys Medicare 4? Oh! I hate to say this, but I'm the only Democrat. Only person running for U.S. Senate, who's never taken a dime of corporate money to run my campaign to never. And I think we are the man for money and apologies. The Bob Brad must stand on Aac money too! The means, finally, stepping up and passing the proact, so everybody gets the dignity of a union in this country. It needs toxic billionaires that wealth. 'Cause here's the thing. You tax a billionaire, and for sexual, they still are? Still a billionaire. Billaire! Kids, kids, kids, are gonna be rich. Maybe you prepare your fair sheriffs and that everybody's kids get to go to good schools, huh? And it means ending the blank checks that we keep sending to foreign military scrub bombs on all people, and we spent time on people. Oh, come on, kids. making the food anyone help there. Should be his all. It is the richest, most powerful country in the world. Medical debt should not exist. I'm proud of the work we did to eliminate. But $225 billion. That is bigger than the GDP of most U.S. states in this country should not exist. So we are gonna abolish it, and finally do the work of guaranteeing a promise of Medicare for all for everybody in this country. So now we're not... Nothing. How you want to pay for that? I don't know. When they're funding ice in the tune of $185 million, I could find something out...! Ice. Ice can't be reformed. Ice can't be retrained. I speak to be abolished. Right. That's right! Oh, five, five, five. Let me share this thing for a long time, I'm about to pull the hook on me. I just want to talk about something real quick. We gotta be honest about who we are as a country. Who are we and what we believe? We are at a crossroads in this country. We cannot continue to make peace with a system that tells us that our best use of our tax dollars is to send money elsewhere in the form of bombs and tanks. We've got to decide that so long as we are willing to accommodate the likes of an APAC in our politics, do not be surprised when they take us to foreign wars, we have no business fighting it. And I say that! I say that, because, because I love my Jewish sisters and brothers, and because I love... my knowledge and new sisters, and love. And the only reason you stand up to fight against genocides, because I love people, and we all gotta get right about the fact, that when we love people, we have to understand that human rights are universal. You cannot deny some people that right, and believe that you're given another. I know I got no business running for office. I got the wrong name. I pray the wrong way, not the wrong skin color, not the wrong name. You heard it. 11 letters long. Got sounds that come out of boards of people's throats. They don't know they have. But I am not gonna stand on the stage. and tell you what you cannot have and should not fight for. We need Democrats who are willing to take the fight to Donald Trump, who are willing to take a fight to the system that created Donald Trump, and are willing to go $10 down. to all about giving money out of politics. We have money back in talking, fighting for union, abolishing eyes, and passing Medicare, for all my friends, my name, is Abu Lasaid, and I hope I can be in that double. Thank you so much
