Does the US want Israel to withdraw forces from southern Lebanon? >> Well, we want Israel's security to be protected and we also want Lebanon's sovereignty to be protected and this is going to be an ongoing conversation. The Israelis have been very clear. They do not have territorial intentions on South Lebanon. The reason they feel they have to be there is because they're worried about Hezbollah fighters in South Lebanon firing into Israel. Yeah, that's not remotely true. Uh and we're going to show you receipts right now showing you that the Israeli government has every intention of taking Southern Lebanon. But what's interesting before we get to those receipts is that Israel says JD Vance is not loyal enough. Even though he lies on behalf of Israel and he helps Israel in every way because he is resisting slightly going into further disaster in Iran. They're like, "HOW DARE YOU DISOBEY ISRAEL? [clears throat] ON YOUR KNEES." AND THEY'VE all been attacking him 24/7 and that is still lying for them. So Anna, tell us the truth. >> Yeah, I mean look, you have to make a decision. Either you're going to be a dog for Israel or you're going to decide to be honest and truthful. There are no half measures with Israel. You have to be 100% loyal and you have to do as you're told. And so Vice President Vance of course is getting a lot of heat from the Israel first crowd and he did lie in the video that you just watched and I want to show you the evidence for why I believe he's lying. So Benjamin Netanyahu has said over and over again, "We're taking southern Lebanon." And even though he knows that the incessant attacks in southern Lebanon, the destruction of entire villages in southern Lebanon is preventing a peace deal between the United States and Iran, he continues with their violence, their aggression against the Lebanese people of southern Lebanon. But of course some of these strikes have gone even further north as we've reported on before. Now with that said, here are the more recent comments from Benjamin Netanyahu. >> Establish a security zone in Gaza. We We a security zone in Syria. We establish a security zone in Lebanon, and we shall keep it as long as is necessary to protect our people. >> [applause] >> And the reason the reason is perfectly understood. No country would be asked to do otherwise. Now, you imagine the United States across the border you have thousands, an army of thousands of terrorists who pillage your cities and your towns with rockets and ballistic missiles and killer drones. They kill your soldiers, they kill your citizens, they kill your children. And they threaten them every day. Well, what would America do? Would it say, "Well, there's nothing we can do. Let's hold our fire." Is that what America would say? No. You know damn well what America would do. It would cross the border, create a security zone, kill the terrorists, and protect its people until the threat is removed. That's exactly what we are doing. >> America isn't incessantly attempting to steal land from its neighbors, whereas Israel is. Hezbollah didn't come first, Israel came first. Israel invaded Southern Lebanon multiple times, and in the 1980s Hezbollah formed as a resistance to Israel as it was occupying Lebanese territory. And guess what? Hezbollah was able to end that occupation after nearly two decades of that occupation taking place. Now, um we should note, and Cenk has noted before, and I think this is a really important point. What does Israel want with Southern Lebanon? Do they need more land, or is there something deeper going on here? Is there something that they really have their eye on, Cenk? >> Yeah, there's a a giant gas field off the waters of Lebanon. Um and so it is in Lebanese waters, but they claim that if they take Southern Lebanon, that becomes Israeli waters, and then all of a sudden they own a $40 billion gas field at a minimum, okay? So, by the way, you know, you could rename things anything you like. Uh Dick Cheney renamed torture enhanced interrogations as an example. And here what Israelis have done is renamed Lebensraum a security zone. So, the Germans called it living space that they needed to protect the ethnic Germans in the Sudetenland and in Poland, and they said it was for their own defense and they were being oppressed and they needed a security zone, a living space to expand for out of Germany, but it wasn't for expansion. It was for self-defense. And that's exactly what Israel is saying now. We look like we took 60% of Gaza and we brag about it and we were going to make it 70%. >> [snorts] >> That's what Netanyahu said. We looks like we're uh shredding the West Bank and taking most of it and it looks like we're taking Southern Lebanon, but it's okay because we renamed Lebensraum into security zones. So, we're allowed to steal your homes and your land and if you don't want to agree, we're going to say, "Well, what America do? You would also commit a genocide." No, don't insult us with what you've done. You're the monster who committed genocide, not us. The only way that you've implicated us in it is by stealing our money, by bribing our politicians, and using that money to commit the genocide. So, you could re- flip the question, Anna, and go, "What would America do if uh some country invaded it saying that they needed a security zone and they took the entire southern half of the country?" I think that we would fight back viciously, aggressively, not just our military, but everyone who's armed in those areas, and the Israelis would then call us terrorists. How dare you fight back against an invading army? >> I'm just sick of having the same conversation every single day. >> want the natural resources, they want the gas fields, they're not afraid of Hezbollah. Hezbollah has made abundantly clear, we will stop attacking the invader once the invader leaves. But Israel doesn't want to leave because they want the gas field. It's that simple. Everything else you're hearing about this is BS. Okay, so let's go to the next video because um on one hand you have Netanyahu pretending this is all about a security zone. We're so afraid. We're so afraid. We're nuclear power. We're so afraid. Okay, right. Um but Ben Gvir loves to just tell the truth and he does it every single day. He says it out loud. This is Ben Gvir, Israeli National Security Minister. Um after we come back from the video, I'll tell you exactly what he said for our audio listeners. Take a look. >> Look, I don't know where your plans are for the summer, but if you're still paying Verizon or AT&T tons of money for your phone plan, you should stop. Really, stop right now. My friend Andrew Yang, the guy behind Universal Basic Income, launched a phone company and he's basically giving money away. He loves to do that. Seriously, it's been a total game-changer for me. I use it. Here's the deal. If you sign up right now, new customers get the first 3 months completely free. No tricks, no catch. The whole summer, totally free. So make the switch today at [music] tyt.com/switch. That's tyt.com/switch. >> He says Lebanon all of Lebanon, not just southern Lebanon, all of Lebanon should become our playground. All of Lebanon should be our target. And they tell me, "Wait a second, there is Lebanon and there is Hezbollah." "I do not accept this artificial approach." he says. There's more. He also posted this on X over the weekend. He says, "For every tear of an Israeli mother, a thousand Lebanese mothers must weep. All of Lebanon must burn." He didn't say Hezbollah fighters, he said Lebanese mothers. Okay, so some people will say like, "Oh, well, he's on hinge, you know, he's not representative of the Israeli government." I mean, how much more evidence do you need that he is representative of Israel and what they intend to do in the Middle East? How much How much more evidence do you need? We have a two and a half nearly three-year case study that you can look at where everything Smotrich and Ben-Gvir said was carried out. And then all the Israel firsters here in the United States, people like Jillian Michaels for instance, people like Batya Ungar-Sargon, all the people who denied that the goal was ethnic cleansing and genocide and occupation in Gaza have moved the goal post or they don't talk about it at all. They never acknowledge that they lied, they knew what the truth was, but they intentionally lied to make Americans think, "I don't know, maybe maybe Anna's wrong. Maybe Jillian Michaels is right. Maybe it's not going to be an expanded war in the Middle East. Maybe they're not going to do ethnic cleansing in Lebanon. Maybe they're not going to do ethnic cleansing and genocide in Gaza. But they did and they are. >> Yeah, and you saw Netanyahu there with your own eyes and ears and you heard him with your ears saying that we're not leaving Southern Lebanon. And by the way, Knesset has already voted that they will never free the Palestinians, never. So they're going to keep them as their cattle or their slaves or their indentured servants in [snorts] open-air camps. And now Gaza's so tiny the amount that they've shoved 2.2 million people into, you could argue it's a concentration camp. >> is. >> And so, but they say we're allowed to do that. We have special exemptions because we are holy and beloved Israel and we can do no wrong except for one of their most important guys saying all of Lebanon must burn. But they say that's an exception. Is it? Let's go to >> [snorts] >> Bezalel Smotrich, the Israeli finance minister. He says, "Time to speak with fire to open the gates of hell." This is exactly how Nazis >> talk. Terrorist. >> Uh the Cradle says asked if the military would stay for years in Lebanon, Smotrich said, "Yes." And I say this as someone who's currently holding negotiations over the management of the defense budget for the next decade. He stressed that quote, "Until Hezbollah disarms, we aren't moving a millimeter." Adding that Israel's prime minister and war minister support the stance. So the idea that all of Lebanon, including Hezbollah, is going to disarm is an obvious excuse but cuz even if you meant it, how would you know if they completely disarmed? It is a purposely impossible standard so they never leave. And it's not like they're hiding it. We just showed you the top three people in the Israeli government and he's right, Israel Katz, their defense minister, says the same thing. So the top four officials in their government all say we're never leaving Southern Lebanon. That means they came to conquer it and take it. And in fact, in other instances, Ben-Gvir has called it a conquest. So, the idea that they're doing self-defense and not aiming to keep the land or the water or the natural rights involved is utter nonsense. It is a purposeful lie by people who support Israel to try to trick people who don't know better into supporting the military expansion of greater Israel and to finance it and to manipulate them into giving their hard-earned money for those kind of genocides, ethnic cleansing, and war that they demand and feel entitled to. And look, I'll just wrap this up by saying if you're going to pursue this, you should expect your soldiers to get killed. And over the weekend, five IDF soldiers got killed. And I I I guess we were all supposed to mourn the loss of invaders, occupiers, people who are blowing up entire villages in a land that doesn't belong to them? No. No, sorry. Okay, they're not victims. They are the aggressors. And sometimes you have around and find out. Uh by definition, someone defending their own land and their own home is not a terrorist. They're freedom fighter against a brutal invading army. And by definition, someone who says all of Lebanon must burn is a terrorist and a fascist. And if you support that government, you're a genocide denier, you're a genocide enabler, and you love war. Don't ever pretend you're for peace cuz this is obviously not about peace. It's about land theft to grow the empire of mighty Israel. And it is disgusting that they have bribed all of our officials as and they have stolen our money. Those government officials, those politicians have stolen American taxpayer money to finance these atrocities and these crimes against humanity. Every time you ring the bell below, an angel gets its wings. Totally not true, but it does keep you updated
